“I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, It's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, And that enables you to laugh at life's realities.”

The Greatest Things~

The Greatest Things~ The best day, today; The best play, work; The greatest puzzle, life; The greatest thought, God; The greatest mystery, death; The best work, work you like; The most ridiculous asset, pride; The greatest need, common sense; The most expensive indulgence, hate; The most disagreeable person, the complainer; The best teacher, the one who makes you want to learn; The greatest deceiver, tho one who deceives himself; The worst bankrupt, the soul who has lost enthusiasm; The cheapest, easiest, and most stupid thing to do, finding fault; The greatest comfort, the knowledge that you have done your work well; The most agreeable companion, the one who would not have you any different than you are; The meanest feeling, being envious of anothers success; The greatest thing in the world, love for God, family, friends and your home.

J&K {two love birds}

On this day, well...we all ended up sick. The day before hunting season it was and if you don't remember that day it was a frigid one I might add. I think it was high 20's and we were out here in fall clothing, nothing warm at all. We had to take breaks in the truck to unthaw, what pictures don't show lol! We had ourselves some fun fun!! I can't wait for your May wedding you two, I am dreaming it up now :)

Jesse & Julie {wedding}

I had to do this...sometimes you just have to post "what you do for a picture" even though you never get to see that because I am the one on my stomach in swampy fields, running into skunks, 5 foot bull snakes, laying in a red ant pile and so much more!

i love Jesses moms face

Jesse and Julie were married September 12 at Granite Lake Park in Clarkston. September weddings are so beautiful and so full of rich colors. Many Blessings to the both of you!

Here is one of my closest friends, even though the past 10 years have been long distance lol
Love you J!

One of the main reasons why I do weddings all day without making it hourly is because I get to capture the whole entire day, the bride and groom are more relaxed, not rushed and they are more natural. I am a girl and I want what I want, meaning everything that has to do with capturing this moment in time. Plus, I get beautiful natural candids that you can't get back. I love it!!

Minis

The mini sessions a few weeks ago were so much fun! We had a whole day filled with 30 minute sessions. Family, children, senior and baby sessions all in one day. 30 minutes is the perfect time to get everything done and not too long where the dads are going bonkers lol. Lots more to come :)
